The Gore Medical Centre is committed to continuous improvement. We aim to provide a high-quality, professional service for all patients at all times.
Meaningful patient feedback helps us know what we need to keep doing, stop doing and start doing. All suggestions for improvement, compliments and complaints are shared with the relevant people, used as learning/training tools and where appropriate – outcomes are sought.

If you have any complaints about the treatment or service you have received from us we would like to know. We encourage you to provide full details of your complaint in writing to us as soon as possible so we can fully investigate your complaint. If you prefer to make a verbal complaint, a written record of it will be made by the Complaints Officer for our records. This will be available for you or your support person to confirm as correct.
