We are a large family practice located in the rural town of Gore where we have served the community since 1969.

We are located at 12 Eccles Street and our postal address is PO Box 39, Gore 9740

Clinic hours

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Appointments are available from 9:00am – 11.45am and 1.30pm – 4.45pm with a Doctor or from 8.30am -4.45pm with a nurse.
